You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before class without losing your credit. Log into your account (or use our app) to manage your bookings. If you can't make it, we’d still appreciate you cancelling — even if it’s late — so someone else can take your spot.

If you’re new to Mauve, please attend at least one Signature Reformer class before joining other Reformer sessions. This helps ensure you feel confident on the equipment and get the most out of your experience.

Bring water, wear something comfortable to move in, and grip socks are recommended for safety — we have them available to purchase in the studio.

Yes, there is parking, but it’s limited — please arrive at least 5 minutes early to find a space and settle in. The door is locked once class begins, and late entry isn’t permitted to ensure everyone’s safety during the warm-up.

Of course! Book a Signature class and just let your instructor know it’s your first time. We’ll guide you through it.

Please contact us before booking so we can advise on suitable classes and offer any necessary modifications. We’re happy to help you find what works best.

Yes — you must be 16 or older to attend classes.

If a class is full, you join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added. If you no longer want the space, be sure to cancel your waitlist spot to avoid losing a credit to ensure we can offer the space to the next person.
