The space

Mauve Pilates is a boutique studio in Stirling, Scotland, offering a serene and stylish space designed to inspire movement and mindfulness. With thoughtfully curated interiors and a calming, welcoming atmosphere, every detail is crafted to create a comfortable and uplifting experience from the moment you arrive.

What's your cancellation policy? Can I swap or cancel a booking?

You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before class without losing your credit. Log into your account (or use our app) to manage your bookings.
If you can't make it, we’d still appreciate you cancelling — even if it’s late — so someone else can take your spot.

Prerequisites

If you’re new to Mauve, please attend at least one Signature Reformer class before joining other Reformer sessions. This helps ensure you feel confident on the equipment and get the most out of your experience.

What should I bring? Do I need grip socks?

Bring water, wear something comfortable to move in, and grip socks are recommended for safety — we have them available to purchase in the studio.

Is there parking? What time should I arrive?

Yes, there is parking, but it’s limited — please arrive at least 5 minutes early to find a space and settle in.
The door is locked once class begins, and late entry isn’t permitted to ensure everyone’s safety during the warm-up.

I’ve never done Reformer — can I still join?

Of course! Book a Signature class and just let your instructor know it’s your first time. We’ll guide you through it.

What if I have an injury, or I’m pregnant/postnatal?

Please contact us before booking so we can advise on suitable classes and offer any necessary modifications. We’re happy to help you find what works best.

Is there an age limit?

Yes — you must be 16 or older to attend classes.

How does the waitlist work?

If a class is full, you join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added. If you no longer want the space, be sure to cancel your waitlist spot to avoid losing a credit to ensure we can offer the space to the next person.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes! We offer both digital and physical gift vouchers. Email us at hello@mauvepilates.com to purchase.
